We want you to enjoy your stay and feel at home while respecting the comfort and safety of all guests. Please take a moment to read through our house rules below.

General Rules

• Check-in: 14:00
• Check-out: by 10:00
• Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00
• No pets, parties, or events are allowed.
• Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the studio. Please smoke in designated outdoor areas only.
• Commercial photography or filming is not permitted without prior approval.
• Please respect neighbours and maintain low noise levels at all times.
• Maximum of 4 guests.

Safety & Security

• Strictly no smoking inside the property.
• Lost keys will incur a $30 replacement fee.
• The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction without refund.

Cleanliness & Care

• Kindly leave the room in a tidy condition upon check-out.
• Extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damage.
• No cooking inside the room.
• Report any damages or issues immediately so we can resolve them quickly.

Additional Notes

• Guests have access to their private room only — resort facilities in the building are not included in this booking.
• We aim to provide a peaceful, relaxing stay for all visitors — thank you for helping us maintain a respectful environment.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in.
• 50% refund if cancelled within 5 days of arrival.
• 0% refundable if canceled after.
